EMMANUEL BANDA MOVES TO CROATIAN SIDE HNK RIJEKA

Zambian midfielder Emmanuel Banda has completed his transfer from Djurgarden IF of Sweden to HNK Rijeka of Croatia. Banda will be joining Rijeka which is the  third-most successful Croatian football club in Croatia having won one Croatian First League title, two Yugoslav Cups, six Croatian Cups, one Croatian Super Cup, the Italian Federal Cup 1927-28 and the 1977–78 Balkans Cup.

Rijeka beat off competition from Swedish outfit IFK Norrköping and it was enough to lure Banda to Croatia.Banda will be hoping to take his impressive goal scoring form to Croatia. He scored 12 goals from 75 games.
